OUR BUILDING

Poe Hardware & Supply Company was one of Greenville’s first businesses incorporated. It is a 60,000 square foot space that has been converted to a hub for retail, offices, education, and restaurants. As a part of Greenville’s historically protected properties, Poe West has beautifully blended innovation with historical preservation.

OUR NEIGHBORS

“West Greenville” has a long history of textiles and mills. It has been an active community since the civil war but was largely forgotten after mills began closing during the 1950’s. Over the last decade, West Greenville has experienced a huge revitalization that is attracting more businesses and housing than ever. This recent growth has created a thriving community, warmly called “the Village of West Greenville”.
