Path to President – Steve O'Brien

Today, we are honored to highlight our President, Steve O'Brien!  

O’Brien's 20+ years of experience in operations and logistics, in addition to his impressive professional and educational credentials, make him a valued asset to our team. Before coming on board with us, he held various leadership positions in the home delivery industry, serving some of the nation's most prestigious retailers. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a logistics officer and achieved the rank of Captain. His expertise in operational restructuring, strategic planning, and performance improvement helped secure his executive-level position in our organization.  

O'Brien joined our team in 2015 as Divisional Vice President, overseeing 30 locations in the Conn's Division. In 2017, he was named COO, applying his operational and leadership expertise to develop significant and lasting growth for our companies.

O’Brien has recently been appointed as President and is now responsible for all aspects of our team's day-to-day functions. He will remain proactive in strategic planning and focus on the development of our team and independent contract delivery partners as the key to our collective success.

O’Brien succeeds our previous President, now CEO, Scott Moore, who is confident in Steve's ability to lead our co-founded companies in his new role.
